Marketing Manager

A niche B2B financial services business specialising in the carbon renewables industry based in London is seeking a Marketing Manager to help the business develop its brand identity, event management and social media strategy.

• Manage and enhance the company's brand image through platforms, ensuring a consistent and targeted brand messaging
• Understand different customer bases and develop content ideas and strategies that reach the target groups
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement marketing initiatives, campaigns and regular marketing material updates
• Help manage and track key marketing metrics, budgets
• Conduct the organisation and execution of corporate events
• Planning and execution of conference sponsorships and complementary events
• Planning and hosting client-specific events - in-person and webinars
• Expand reach through effective businesses and associations
• Develop and expand the social media strategy and reach of the company across multiple platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.

Requirements:

• B2B energy / financial services / insurance / software backgrounds would be considered
• Track record in collateral management, brand development and event management
• Experience with CRM systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Can generate original marketing and sales content
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva

£45-55,000 Basic Salary + Excellent Benefits.
