A global insurance broker is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to develop & deliver a range of B2B campaigns & support a range of business areas and deliver measurable results.
Insurance experience is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Working with the senior business leaders to develop B2B marketing campaigns to deliver measurable results.
- Support the delivery of multiple marketing campaigns to meet commercial goals and objectives covering a broad range of topics, strategies and campaigns.
- Using creative and strategic marketing flair to develop the best outcomes for the customer, the business and the team.
- Lead the development and delivery of the commercial marketing strategy.
- Create and deliver targeted and integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns for commercial products.
- Set, monitor and report on the key metrics and performance for all content and marketing campaigns with the aim to develop engagement and sales.
- Manage and create variety of content types, including social content, video, newsletters and articles, with commercial awareness to sensitive industry issues.
- Build targeted marketing lists to ensure key audiences are reached.
- Champion data accuracy in the CRM to support marketing needs.
- Manage agency partners.
Requirements:
- Experience of delivering and managing B2B multi-channel marketing activity and campaign.
- B2B insurance experience is essential.
- Engaging copy writing with a high level of proof-reading skills.
- Commercially astute and ability to demonstrate ROI.
- Someone at marketing executive level could be a good fit.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to establish effective relationships quickly, and the confidence to liaise with senior colleagues.
- Confident in planning, organising and prioritising your workload you're a truly motivated, ambitious professional; full of initiative and dedication.

£60-70,000 + bonus + benefits
