Change Communications Consultant

One of UK and EU's leading financial, corporate and political communication consultancy are looking for a Change Communications Consultant (internal transformation comms) for a mat cover. (8 months)

You will lead a team of 3 associates and be a trusted advisor to the senior stakeholders for clients of the consultancy.

The role:

• Provide strategic counsel to clients, designing change & internal communications programmes in the context of M&A, restructuring, strategy communications or culture change.
• Lead 3 associates, to manage effective output (no line management).
• Lead on pitches for new incoming business.

Skills and experience:

• Solid experience in change and transformation internal communications, agency side is a must. (not in-house).
• Ability to lead a team through projects, managing 7-8 projects at the same time.
• Experience of leading pitch presentations for existing/ new clients.
• Proven experience of connecting/ aligning business strategy to communications outcomes.
