Job Description

Senior Brand Manager - OTC

Location: Central London | Hybrid (2-3 days from home)

Salary: Competitive + Benefits (can disclose this on a call)

A High-Impact Senior Brand Role in a Market-Leading Business

This is the most senior Senior Brand Manager role in the UK team, responsible for a £18m NSV business with significant exposure to the UK Exec Team. It's an incredible stepping stone to a Marketing Manager position, offering both strategic and hands-on ownership of a leading portfolio in the OTC and personal care space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Brand Strategy & Execution - Develop and execute strategic brand plans, working closely with local and global teams.dy
  • Own the P&L & Commercial Performance - Drive pricing strategy, market analysis, and financial performance to maximize profitability.
  • Innovate & Launch New Products - Work with the EU NPD team to develop the brand's innovation pipeline and bring new products to market.
  • Create Impactful Marketing Campaigns - Collaborate with agencies to build and execute multi-channel consumer and HCP campaigns.
  • Influence & Lead - Work across internal teams, medical marketing, and international markets, shaping the brand's direction and future growth.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Broad & Scope - While primarily a UK-focused role, you'll also collaborate globally, helping define the long-term innovation pipeline and shaping communication strategies for international markets.
  • Consumer & Healthcare Professional (HCP) Focus - Unlike many OTC roles, where medical marketing is just a consultative function, here you'll be actively involved in building out HCP campaigns and influencing the growth of this function from the ground up.
  • Award-Winning Team - Join a highly successful team, winners of Best Big Budget Campaign at the OTC Marketing Awards and recognized for excellence in pharmacy planning at the MVP Awards.
  • Unique & Engaging Brand - This is a rare opportunity to manage a brand known for its distinctive, witty tone of voice-a refreshing change.

About You

  • Experienced Brand Manager looking for a step up or an established Senior Brand Manager.
  • Strong commercial mindset, with experience managing P&L, pricing strategy, and market analysis.
  • Background in OTC, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals preferred.

Please note: Full right to work in the UK is required, as visa sponsorship is not available.
