An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a thriving British ecommerce retailer. This company has grown significantly in recent years, boasting a loyal customer base and a strong international presence. This role offers the chance to lead the marketing function and contribute to continued business success.
About You
You are a results-driven marketing professional with experience in a similar role, ideally within a small to medium-sized business. You have managed stakeholders and teams, led strategic marketing initiatives, and overseen multi-channel campaigns. With strong leadership skills, you are confident in driving brand growth and optimising marketing performance.
Requirements and Skills:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, ensuring all members meet KPIs and contribute to overall business goals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that integrate digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Oversee promotional campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging, branding, and execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Allocate resources efficiently to optimise marketing performance and return on investment.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine future strategies.
- Ensure effective budget management and liaise with finance to track marketing expenditure.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with external agencies, including digital ads specialists, influencers, and affiliates.
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role in retail and brand marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and analytics.
- Ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
