Joining a global retailer this role will have you joining an existing insights team within the marketing function.
To be successful in this role you will have a natural curiosity for identifying consumer trends and behaviours and enjoy telling a story with data.
They offer hybrid working from their Wandsworth and Euston office 2 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Insights Manager to deliver all customer and marketing reporting across all brands, drawing out key insights and learning, ensuring the automated delivery of weekly, monthly and periodical reporting
- Build and distribute business dashboards in an easy-to-understand, digestible format for all business stakeholders ensuring business opportunities and risks are clearly identified
- Support trading and marketing teams to deliver promotional activity, providing clear insight on projected short- and long-term business impact and delivering analysis on performance post activity, explaining deviations from projected outcomes
- Carry out in depth analysis of customer behaviour to provide recommendations to the business and predict future customer behaviour
- Use a range of techniques to analyse the full customer journey including segmentation, CLTV, customer journey analysis, marketing channel analysis, to provide insight and report on key business drivers
- Work collaboratively with the CRM team to build out customer segments and ensure that performance is measured accurately against these segments
- Support the wider marketing and ecommerce teams to deliver statistically relevant A/B testing programs and ensure set-up and measurement is accurate
- Support the Insights Manager to manage customer data for all brands, continually looking to improve data quality
About you:
- be an Insights specialist within a consumer brand ideally with 6 months - 1 years experience minimum.
- Hands-on experience working with BI, data visualisation and analytics platforms
- Good knowledge of SQL and Big Query
