Internal Communications Manager

A purpose driven financial planning & insurance organisation are looking for an Internal Communications Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. You will join a team of professionals who are passionate about helping regular people achieve financial freedom through education and tools.

The role is based in Kent, with hybrid working of 2-3 days per week from the office.

The role:

• Manage all internal communications activity for the UK, for 400 employees.
• Manage the company intranet and support HR with activities such as employee recognition, culture transition etc.
• Work closely with the CEO to create weekly newsletters and run new initiatives.
• Manage company team meetings (hybrid Townhalls).

Skills and experience:

• Strong experience in an Internal Communications role with expertise in SharePoint. (in a UK based organisation)
• Excellent written and verbal skills. (English)
• Experience of managing senior stakeholders, gathering relevant content and content training of members of operational teams.
