Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the ideal candidate will have team management experience and bring a wealth of content and brand marketing expertise.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and respected business within their industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with business goals and brand positioning.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the production of high-quality, SEO-optimized content for B2B tech and print markets.
  • Campaign Support: Create content to drive lead generation, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Performance Measurement: Track, analyse, & report on the effectiveness of content initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimise content strategy, drive traffic & improve ROI.
  • Paid Media Strategy: Develop strategies to amplify content reach. Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Linkedin, Facebook & other relevant channels. Align with overall content plan

Your profile:

  • Proven experience in a content management or brand management role, preferably within a B2B technology environment.
  • Demonstrates experience leading & managing a team.
  • Strong strategic thinking & problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills.
  • Expertise in content creation across various formats & platforms.
  • Proficient in content management systems (CMS) & SEO best practices.
  • Experience managing budgets & agencies partners/suppliers.

The salary for the role: up to £55,000 + bonus
