Paid Media Manager
London - Remote, with occasional office visits
£35,000 - £45,000
I have partnered with an exciting, rapidly growing beauty brand known for producing premium quality hair and skin care products that are affordable. As they continue to grow, and expand their reach globally, they are looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to join their team.
As Paid Media Manager you will play a vital role in the expansion of the brand's digital presence. Reporting directly into the Head of Global Marketing, you will lead the implementation for all paid media campaigns, aligning with the global marketing strategy across key markets, including UK and US.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and identify other opportunities, ensuring strong returns and scalability
- Build compelling ad copy and implement all aspects of the advertising process
- Proactively update bids to increase ROI
- Manage global ad campaigns with a focus on scalability and efficiency
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights to inform future campaigns
- Leverage industry knowledge and experience to create relevant and impactful campaigns
Key skills:
- Proven hands-on experience implementing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven experience in a digital marketing or performance marketing role, preferably within the beauty/cosmetics industry
- Knowledge of paid search ad platforms such as Adwords, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook, etc.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, and knowledge of data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Data studio
- Strong copywriting skills for creating compelling ad content
To be successful in the role of Paid Media Manager you must be an excellent communicator, comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
