Paid Search Manager
Salary £45,000
Hybrid working 2 days a week - Putney/Kings Cross Location
Working for a large global retailer they pride themselves on putting customers first and by doing the right thing. As a leader in their field, they are seeking a talented Paid Search Manager to join their team and play a key role in driving customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Senior Paid Search Manager to implement a 3-year paid search strategy aligned with company KPIs and business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Paid Search team, ensuring the production of top-quality work.
- Take ownership of Paid Search and shopping (including CSS) for all TFG brands across multiple territories.
- Conduct daily analysis and optimization of campaigns, managing bids and budgets, and leveraging bidding strategies.
- Identify opportunities for creating and expanding campaigns, ad groups, and keywords.
- Work closely with feed providers to optimize feeds for third-party partners.
- Execute test and learn plans to enhance performance and improve key business KPIs (CPA, CR, £ per buyer, profitability).
- Collaborate with the Senior Paid Search Manager on budget management and forecasting.
- Generate regular reports in coordination with the insights team to measure performance against business KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Paid Search specialist, particularly in managing Paid Search for global ecommerce retail businesses.
- Extensive proficiency with paid search platforms including Google, Bing, and Bid Management Platforms. Google Adwords certification is a plus.
- Hands-on expertise in setting up and managing campaigns, with the ability to identify issues and implement changes.
- Prior experience managing and optimizing product feeds, with a focus on feed maintenance.
- Knowledge of Google Ad scripts and the ability to build custom scripts tailored to business requirements is advantageous.
- Demonstrated track record of managing large account budgets (6-7 figures).
- Highly analytical with a passion for data and analytics.
