Job Description

Working for a large global FMCG company, reporting to the Marketing Manager you will be joining to work on a number of of their leading OTC Healthcare brands. With a pivotal, year ahead and lots of interesting projects you will input into the strategic direction of the brands.

This role offers hybrid working model out of their Kings Cross Office.

Due to the nature of this role you must have experience in OTC healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy: Develop insight-driven brand plans aligned with market trends and consumer behaviour to drive sustainable growth.
  • Product Innovation: Collaborate with research and development teams to identify new product opportunities and bring concepts to market.
  • Brand Communication and Activation: Work with creative and media agencies to develop and execute effective campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and point-of-sale.
  • Performance Management: Manage the brand's P&L, analyse market data, and make strategic decisions to meet or exceed targets.
  • Collaboration: Partner with sales, customer marketing, and international teams to ensure consistent brand execution across all markets.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior team members, including managing an intern, and contribute to a high-performance marketing culture.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Significant experience in FMCG/CPG marketing, with expertise in managing healthcare, OTC, or medical device brands.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage brand strategies, including pricing models and multi-channel campaigns (ATL, BTL, and digital).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial and market data to inform strategy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with experience collaborating across departments and external partners.
