Events Executive, Leading Barristers' Chambers
Central London Based
I'm working in partnership with one of the UK's most respected barristers' chambers, which is seeking to appoint an experienced Events Executive to join its established Marketing team.
This is a key role within Chambers, offering the opportunity to lead on delivering a wide range of high-profile events, from in-house seminars and webinars, to external conferences, training programmes and client receptions. Events play a significant part in Chambers' wider business development strategy, and this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment and is confident managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Reporting to the Marketing and Events Manager, the successful candidate will take ownership of the full events cycle, planning, coordination, delivery and post-event follow-up, while also contributing to the wider marketing output including digital campaigns, content creation and social media.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the end-to-end delivery of a busy and varied calendar of events, both in-person and online
- Liaising with barristers and external stakeholders to coordinate logistics, venues, catering, guest lists, AV and materials
- Drafting and distributing marketing communications using their CRM and Eventbrite
- Representing Chambers at events and ensuring a seamless experience for attendees
- Supporting on general marketing activities including social media, email campaigns and website updates
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least two years' experience in a marketing and/or events role, ideally within legal or professional services
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with the confidence to work autonomously and collaboratively
- A professional and polished manner when engaging with clients and contacts
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Canva would be an advantage
