About the Company:
Working for a prestigious luxury hospitality brand known for their exclusive resorts that offer unparalleled guest experiences. Their properties feature world-class amenities, exceptional service, and stunning environments, providing unforgettable moments for their guests. They are now looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team as they continue their global expansion.
About the Role:
This role is hybrid and based in Mayfair.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and in-resort promotions.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content, including social media posts, newsletters, blog articles, and promotional materials that align with our brand's voice and aesthetic.
- Social Media Management: Monitor and manage our social media accounts, engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and maintaining a consistent and vibrant online presence.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of special events, promotions, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and guest engagement.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, guest relations, and operations, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the luxury hospitality or tourism industry.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, CRM systems).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for luxury travel and hospitality.
